The Global Health Connector Partnership Leadership award has been instituted to recognize individuals, organizations and governments for their outstanding leadership in Digital Health. This is a unique award and is not given but earned by making an exceptional contribution to Digital Health. The vision behind the award is to recognize the leadership and pioneering role in policy, program or implementation of Digital Health. We believe that by recognizing the individuals, organizations and the governments, we will motivate others to follow these ‘Role Models’ in implementing digital health.
The Global Health Connector Partnership members can nominate a candidate for the award and note why the individual, organization, or government should be given this award. The nomination should be supported by facts and data available in the public domain or information validated through an independent source. No fee is to be paid for any activity associated with the award by any nominee or winner.
The award committee vets the nomination/s, and a majority vote decides the winner.
The award will be announced at a Global Health Connector Partnership Flagship Summit and handed over to the winner by the Chair of the GCHP or designated by the GCHP Leadership council.
The award carries a citation and a medallion. The members of the GHCP sign the Citation.
