We are delighted to reveal the final list of motivating speakers at the 5 October meeting as the Northern Ireland Ecosystem celebrates its 5th year of success. They are:

Bleddyn Rees is a vastly experienced commercial lawyer with 25 years advising on outsourcings, privatisations, complex contracts and projects. Bleddyn leads the Healthcare practice at International law firm Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co and has unique experience for private sector lawyer having spent 3 and a half years on secondment as the General Counsel of the Commercial Directorate of the UK Department of Health.
Dr George Crooks is a recognised expert in telehealth and telecare. George will provide an insight into how technology will enhance independent living and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Health and Care Institute, Scotland’s national Innovation Centre for Digital Health and Care.  
Michael Branagan-Harris, CEO, Device Access UK Ltd, has been involved in the marketing of medical devices to the NHS for 27 years. Since 2010 Device Access UK has helped over 180 Medical Device and Diagnostic companies navigate their way into the NHS with clients ranging from small start-ups to global multinationals.  In 2014 Device Access was granted a commercial licence from NHS England to access over 750 million pseudonymised patient health records which is used to see how technology could affect the current patient pathway, assist in building a value story with NICE and a solid business case for local and national NHS Hospital adoption. 
Brian O'Connor is Chair of the European Connected Health Alliance organisation the rapidly expanding not for profit membership organisation. It has created an International Network of Permanent Connected Health Ecosystems throughout Europe, to provide sustainable and structured opportunities for industry, academia and health and care providers and payers to meet and provide solutions to specific problems.
