Do you work with video consultations and screen visits in the social and health area? And do you need overview and collaborators? So be on April 26th.

Both in the regions and the municipalities, there is now a strong focus on implementing video consultations and screen visits within a number of disciplines as well as across sectors where citizens move. This applies both to the somatic and the psychiatric area, but to a large extent also to the home care, where visits are replaced with 'safety calls'.

There are now a lot of solutions on the market that can do different things and can compliment each other in different ways. But the approaches to the technologies are different from both private and public actors, and there is a need for knowledge sharing on the advantages, disadvantages and perspectives. There are already many experiences in municipalities and regions that others can benefit from.

At the dialogue meeting and in the network on video consultations and screen visits, you can help focus on opportunities, both organizationally and technically, as well as collaborations that can boost the implementation of screen solutions and video consultations.

NB: Network groups on video consultations and screen visits are set in motion from 8 am. 09:00 to 11:00. The dialogue meeting itself takes place from 11.00-16.00. You can register for both the dialogue meeting and / or the network meeting via the registration link.

The purpose of the dialogue meeting and the network groups is to create a platform for exchange of experience and knowledge sharing on current and future welfare technology solutions, so that the best solutions are developed and implemented.

Municipalities, hospitals, regions, knowledge institutions, companies, interest organizations and others interested in the subject.

Network group launch program

Following input from a number of municipalities, the network group will discuss these topics:

  1. Implementation overall - What is needed to implement new technologies in the health service - exchange of experience?
  2. Experience exchange about what others have done to implement video - in municipalities, hospitals and general practice?
  3. What are the users' video consulting benefits and needs? What do users say about video consultations? And what user-friendly solutions exist?
  4. Which conversations and health education initiatives (training, psycho-induction, etc.) can be replaced by video calls? - What can the conversations be used for and what content and frames are relevant to the conversations?
  5. New workflows in relation to video calls internally within organizations and across sectors.

All participants are given an active role as idea generators and directors of the network. The health expressfacilitates the meetings, which will take place at changing locations around the country and via screen. Read more about launching the network group on video consultations and screen visits here.

What is a Welfare Tech Dialogue Meeting?

At Welfare Tech dialogue meetings, we zoom in on the core of a social or health topic where welfare technology can contribute. It can e.g. be the close health care system, medication management, screen visits or health promotion. There will be short academic presentations and more time to see and touch solutions that companies, together with public parties, display and engage in dialogue with the participants. Knowledge, technology, public practice and implementation are the focal point, and all participants' competencies and experiences are put into play.
