Faculty of Remote and Rural Healthcare (FRRH) Business Breakfast

ECHAlliance Chair, Brian O’Connor will speak at the first Faculty of Remote and Rural Healthcare (FRRH) Business Breakfast 25th September at 8:50. The event is organised by  of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. About the event Many people around the world live in isolated communities working in industries such as oil and gas, mining, shipping or in the armed forces, where remoteness is a direct challenge to health and wellbeing. Through collaboration, our aim is to establish a Faculty that champions equitable, economically-viable access to integrated healthcare that improves the health and medical outcomes of people living and working in remote and rural areas of the world. Speakers Include:

• Colin Thomas – Chief Medical Officer, BBC Safety Security & Resilience
• Brian O’Connor – Chair, European Connected Health Alliance CIC,
