The Erasmus+ EDEN project has been conceived to support relatives, health care professionals and local communities, in their collaboration and effort to create better lives for people living with dementia and their relatives.
The EDEN Consortium is pleased to invite you to its Final Conference!
The event, open to all, represents an opportunity to discuss and investigate current and future strategies and methodologies aimed at creating dementia friendly communities, and at boosting social inclusion and healthy aging. The EDEN main project’s results, the learning platform and the community collaboration process concept, will be also presented and awareness will be raised about the need of embracing dementia as a community challenge and not as an individual challenge.
