The Polish Ecosystem is coordinated by the Foundation for Healthy Ageing.
The basis for projects implemented by the Foundation is the concept of Active and Healthy Ageing, which is being successfully promoted by the European Union. This idea is associated with one of the most important initiatives of recent years – the Coalition for Healthy Ageing, which brings together everyone who wants to get involved in creating health and social policy that would be ageing-society-friendly in our country.
