Organised by the China and European Alliances in partnership with PTEXPO CHINA it brought together participants from Major Chinese Organisations including the National Association for Care of the Elderly ,National Data Centre for Elderly Care Data, the Traditional Chinese Medicine National Association, China Unicom and AWS (Amazon).
These were matched with similar organisations from Europe and Australia including the Estonian EU Presidency represented by Ain Aaviksoo, Ministry of Social Affairs.
Discussions focussed on comparing and contrasting progress and identifying specific areas for collaboration. Follow up meetings are already scheduled for Estonia 16 - 18 October and specific projects have been agreed.
In addition plans are soon to be announced for what will be the Third Digital Health Around the Globe to be held in Beijing late September 2018.
